31/7/2010 Cyclone gathering at Auto Mirage

Six Cyclones appeared at Auto Mirage recently, for a first official gathering of owners' cars. It was a great day and superb to see Auto Mirage's excellent facilities. Of particular interest to me was seeing the very first demo car, now owned by Chris Price. Also on show was Roger Fish's radical sprint car, with no windscreen and, on the day, no engine! He was hoping to get that fixed for an event the following weekend. Many thanks for Terry and Leigh for putting up with us, and for Eileen for providing some much needed lunch! Great to see you all... and here's to the next meeting at Bovington Tank Museum on September 5th.

5/9/2010 Cyclone gathering at Wessex Classic Car Show

Five Cyclones put on an official club presence at the Wessex Classic Car show held annually at the Bovington Tank Museum. It was a great showing by owners, with a very diverse selection of cars, engines, trim etc. Owners present included Raymond McLelland with his turbo charged example, Rob and Shelly Chisnall, Trevor Lobban and family, Dick Lees and Stan Paice.
